Sales general conditions

1/ Application

The present general conditions of sale are applicable to the offer of products and services of Casasud Déco. They can be completed by specific special conditions to certain products or services.

2/ Estimate

The estimates are free. An estimate is valid a month after his establishment. The orders are not valid that after establishment of an order voucher signed by the customer and confirmed by Casasud Déco, or to defect, after signature of the estimate by customer, preceded by the mention "read and approved". All order go through a customer and valid is renowned farm and final and induces his adhesion to the general conditions of sale.

3/ Methods of payments

The payment is done according to the following procedure: To the order, payment of a down payment being equivalent to 40% amount TTC of the order. 4/ Prices

5/ Property and complaints

The merchandises, products and supplies remain the exclusive property of Casasud Déco to the complete payment of the amount of the order. The customer is held to verify the state of the merchandises and signal the due damages to the transportation on the delivery voucher, as well as to Casasud Déco by recommended letter in a delay of 48 H. Beyond, no complaint will be been founded. The wording of the reserves of the kind "under reserves outpouring" or "under reserves verification" renders unacceptable all complaint.

6/ Specificity of our hand-crafted

7/ Responsibility

The responsibility of Casasud Déco not in any casecan be invoked at the time of problems that can arise at the time of the pose of its products. 8/ Jurisdiction

The court of Honfleur is alone competent for all litigation between Casasud Déco and its customers.
